This elevated role is reserved for a top-performing or returning ambassador who embodies leadership, vision, and dedication. As Lead & Mentor, Nitika will guide, support, and help coordinate the ambassador team, serving as a pillar of experience while shaping the future of the program.

Crowned Mrs. Galaxy India 2023, Nitika has inspired many through her grace, purpose, and unwavering advocacy. A strong believer in the power of education to transform lives, she has been recognized with the prestigious Baalika Vidya Shakti Award 2023-24 for her efforts. Beyond pageantry, she volunteers as an online teacher at a government school for underprivileged children, spreading knowledge and hope.

Professionally, Nitika balances her role as a full-time corporate leader with 8+ years of expertise in consulting, marketing, sales, and revenue strategy, while also shining as a part-time model and showstopper. She has graced platforms such as Doordarshan Bihar and Josh Talks as a guest speaker, where she continues to advocate for empowerment, education, and self-expression.

Her passion for public speaking, mentorship, and advocacy makes her the perfect leader to inspire the ambassador team and beyond. Nitika’s crown represents not only beauty but also a steadfast commitment to advocacy, hope, and change.
