The Pageant Voices Alliance (PVA) Inc. is a federally and provincially incorporated organization dedicated to empowering individuals within the pageantry community.

Our mission is to elevate advocacy, foster leadership, and create a supportive network for former finalists and titleholders.

We are a global multi-stakeholder partnership designed to elevate the voice of the beauty and pageantry community. Our mission is to accelerate issue advocacy and create meaningful change on a global scale. PVA connects former finalists and titleholders who are passionate about using their platforms to address critical social issues and drive positive change.

This is a very difficult question but we are here to help! There are some pageants that have different focus areas and you may wish to choose accordingly. Whether your’e seeking exposure into the modeling world, or want an issue platform, you can connect with us to chose the pageant right for you.

We are not a for-profit organisation or fundraising platform supporting any one particular charity. We are also not endorsed or supporting of any specific pageant circuit. Our membership of Queens span a variety of pageants around the world and are here to share diversity of experiences and voices.

We host regular conference calls to shortlist ideas for short, medium and long term campaigns. Members are not obliged to participate and participation is entirely voluntary. We use regular tools at our disposal such as Google Meet, Docs, Instagram and others to create a united voice.

There are many ways to get involved! Whether it be a joint advocacy campaign, content creation, or supporting a future girl through mentorship and coaching, there are many ways to support. Get in touch with us to start that conversation.

No two pageants are alike! There are a variety of pageants out there that will focus on different things depending on location, age group and more. However what makes them all commons is they entail the elaborate display and celebration of events, often through ceremonies, parades, and competitions. It involves participants showcasing various talents, costumes, and performances, typically within a structured and often themed framework. Pageantry emphasizes aesthetics, tradition, and entertainment, aiming to captivate audiences and celebrate cultural or personal achievements.

To prepare for a pageant, start by researching the specific event to understand its requirements and expectations. Develop a consistent fitness and skincare routine, and choose outfits that reflect the pageant’s themes. Practice public speaking, interview skills, and any talents you will showcase. Seek feedback through mock interviews and rehearsals. Additionally, focus on building confidence and poise, as these qualities are essential for success in pageantry. You don’t necessarily need “grooming sessions” however you can go to our global directory to connect with any PVA member to learn more about the pageant you’re considering.

Pageantry can help you do advocacy work by providing a prominent platform to raise awareness for your cause. It offers opportunities to network with influential individuals, gain media exposure, and attract supporters. Additionally, the skills you develop, such as public speaking and leadership, enhance your ability to effectively communicate and promote your advocacy efforts.
