Elite Spotlight & Publication Series: Official Alliance Guidelines
Welcome to Pageant Voices Alliance (PVA). To maintain our international reputation for high-caliber media production, editorial excellence, and professional branding, our editorial board operates under a strict set of alliance guidelines.
Whether you are an Official Media Scouting Partner (Coach/Director) or a Selected Titleholder, these guidelines outline our network standards, logistics, and publication protocols.
1. Core Editorial Philosophy
PVA does not produce generic pageant commentary. The Elite Spotlight & Publication Series is an engineered media platform. Our mission is to transform a standard pageant biography into a premium, strategic media asset that showcases a titleholder’s intellectual advocacy, media literacy, and global readiness to judges, national organizations, and corporate sponsors.
2. Selection & Vetting Categories
Features on the PVA global network are strictly allocated across three distinct tiers. We do not accept unsolicited submissions outside of these channels:
● Category A: Selected International Titleholders Direct invitations extended by the PVA Press Desk to newly crowned national or international queens who embody peak global excellence.
● Category B: Scouting Partner Allocations Priority publication slots specifically reserved for vetted Pageant Coaches, Runway Trainers, and National Directors who hold an active Official Media Scouting Partnership with PVA.
● Category C: General Cohort Applications Independent delegates may submit a digital application form during our monthly open windows. Selection is based entirely on advocacy depth, communication readiness, and personal branding alignment.
3. Media Asset & Production Standards
To ensure our digital grid reflects a luxury, modern aesthetic, all selected participants must adhere to our production protocols:
Video & Audio Technicalities (For Interviews)
● Studio Environment: All virtual studio sessions are recorded via our high-definition digital broadcast suite.
● Equipment: Participants must utilize a stable high-definition camera (1080p minimum) and a dedicated microphone or headset.
● Lighting & Framing: Subjects must be framed from the chest up, centered, and brightly lit (preferably via soft natural light or a professional ring light). Backgrounds must be clean, professional, and free of clutter.
Editorial & Wardrobe Curation
● Attire: Wardrobe must reflect high-fashion, corporate, or sophisticated reigning attire. We encourage strong block colors that align with your personal brand.
● Branding Assets: Titleholders are required to submit high-resolution professional headshots (minimum 300 DPI) and official sash/crown imagery upon selection for our layout design team.
4. Turnaround & Publication Protocol
● The 30-Minute Rule: To respect the highly demanding schedules of reigning queens and busy executives, our media process is optimized to take exactly 30 minutes of live studio time.
● Post-Production: The PVA design desk retains full creative control over layout styling, typographic choice, and video editing to ensure consistency across our global brand grid.
● Scheduling & Scarcity: Publication dates are hard-scheduled by our operational desk. Because cohort slots are highly limited, missed studio bookings or delayed asset submissions will result in immediate forfeiture of the publication slot to the next delegate on the waitlist.
5. B2B Partner System Obligations
For our vetted Pageant Academies, Coaches, and Directors holding priority monthly slots:
● Pre-Vetting: Partners are responsible for ensuring that the 3 delegates they put forward each month meet PVA’s standards of media readiness.
● Co-Branding: PVA will actively tag and credit the respective Scouting Partner in the publication caption, providing direct visibility to the academy’s training capabilities.
